  Absolutely terrible service from the Canton location. In the past I had placed an order with them and if the recipient wasn't home then they left the arrangement at the door step which is what I continued to expect. Policies must have changed and now they leave a message for the recipient to call back for when they are available for the delivery (there goes the surprise). Wasn't aware of this and the recipient doesn't read English very well and three days past with no arrangement (expected a second delivery attempt at least). Finally made a call to the store and they mention that this is their policy (new policy I'm guessing since in the past it was dropped off at the door steps). In any case they refused to cancel and refund my order and the deal was that they can still place the order!!! and that they will allow for me to select any other arrangement in the same price range..!!!what a deal..To top it all off I felt like the receptionist that answered the call and worked with me was ridiculing me. I guess the change is that they are now well known unlike many years ago and just don't care about the customers any longer. Terrible service and I will never order back out of the Canton office and don't recommend it..

  Horrible horrible rude service in Canton. The staff people lied and were evasive when inquiring about a manager to speak with in order to resolve issue. Never going to use them again SHUT THEM DOWN MR-Dotson
